Post-doctorate researcher at the National Nanotechnology Laboratory (NNL)
CNR-INFM, University of Salento (Lecce, Italy). The research activity is
focused on the implementation of specific methods of silicon
manufacturing, plasma oxygen functionalization, and soft lithography
procedures applied to polymers, oligomers, bio-compounds and
organic-inorganic nanocomposite materials for the fabrication of
micro-nanostructured devices such as solid state planar and vertical
cavities for the realization of low threshold light emitting optical
lasers and bio-compatible prototypes. |
